The school contest was EXTREMELY challenging this year--on consultation with another coach
of a top team in California who gave it to her students, we both agreed that it was much more challenging than previous years.
Everyone who took the test did a commendable job and we hope all of you will continue to come to MathCounts practices on Friday afternoons through the end of the spring.
The following students will represent homeschoolers at the Chapter Competition to be held at GE Global Research in February 2007:

All eight students on the list above are eligible for full individual honors and Countdown Round at the Chapter Competition.
In addition, the team honors and team ranking will be determined by the scores of the first four students on the list, which means that their team round and individual scores will be the official team score, so they are designated as our scoring team.
Update: Ben was unfortunately unable to compete at chapter, due to logistics and scheduling, but Caleb Trouwborst did an admirable job of stepping up to the plate and filling in.
